Niitvälja Golf hosted 3 main events in July: Niitvälja Karikas, Estonian Junior Open and Estonian Strokeplay Championships.

Niitvälja Karikas took place on the 2nd-4th of July for the 29th time.  9 SGA players took part in it, Carl Hellat winning with a combined score of -3. Carl was the best in the open class which had amateurs and pros competing together.

Markus Varjun, Mattias Varjun and Casper Simberg tied for the 4th place with +4.

Carl said it was comfortable to play on his home course. ”The game was good, even if I did miss from the tees, I still had a chance to go for the greens. I did hole some important holes, but still missed some smaller putts. Overall it was comfortable to play on my home course and good to have my coach present.”
